How to Shop On Line.

We require the following order information:

1. Billing Address
2. Shipping Address (Note: this cannot be a P.O. Box)
3. Contact Person’s Name
4. Telephone Number
5. Fax Number and E-mail Address
6. The Product Code, Quantity, Price and Total for each item you wish to order
7. The Preferred Payment Method (Note: see below)
8. Credit Card Information or a copy of a Purchase Order sent into us (See Purchase Order below)

The online shopping cart will lead you through this process. Otherwise, for phone/fax orders, we will help process your order.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS

1. Orders may be placed by phone or fax (815-624-4866).
2. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express
3. We’ll need the cardholder name, card number, expiration date and billing address for the card
4. Orders faxed in using a credit card require the signature of the cardholder to appear on the order form.

ORDER WITH A P.O. NUMBER

1. The following information must appear on all purchase orders
   • Your company name
   • A contact person's name
   • A 'ship to' address(no P.O. Box please)
   • A 'bill to' address
   • Phone number and name of purchasing agent
   • Phone number and name of payable agent
   • The signature of someone authorized to purchase/pay for purchases on behalf of your company.
   • Please include a fax number and an e-mail address so that we may more easily reach you if we have a question regarding your order.
2. A signed purchase order must be faxed (815/624-4866) or mailed (P.O. Box 408, Rockton, IL 61072) to Novel Products. We recommend you request confirmation of your order. Please provide email address or fax number for this confirmation
3. For purchase orders over $100.00, we may request you give us a credit card number to have on file as a form of back up payment if needed.
4. Download a printable authorization for credit card purchases form in PDF format. It can be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here for the Adobe free download.
5. Prices are subject to change at any time. We always try to notify our customers of any price variances.

FOREIGN ORDERS

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process foreign orders at this time.

ILLINOIS STATE RESIDENTS

Illinois state residents will be charged a sales tax (7.25%) unless they have a tax exempt number which must be provided to us at the time the order is placed.

SHIPPING/HANDLING

1. Standard shipping is UPS Ground. The minimum charge for shipping/handling is $12.00 or 10% of the order, whichever is greater.
2. Special Shipping charges may apply to many orders due to size and/or weight of the item.
3. We recommend you request that we manually figure your shipping charge by clicking on this option when you check out of the online shopping cart if you’d like to know the exact shipping charge.
4. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly. Request confirmation and a ship date when you order by providing a contact person's name and number where we can reach you.
5. UPS Ground is our standard shipping method within the continental US. Special shipping charges do apply to some items and to some locales. You may be in an area that requires extra shipping. Please feel free to call us for a quote on your shipping. Expedited shipping is available, at an extra cost, upon request at the time you order. By providing us your credit card you are authorizing us to ship you your product using the shipping method of our choice, and we will bill your credit card.
6. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico; Some items cannot be shipped to these areas. Call for a quote on shipping. By providing us your credit card you are authorizing us to ship you your product using the shipping method of our choice, and we will bill your credit card.
7. Complete and correct address information is essential in assuring you get your order. When faxing or calling in your order, please be sure the correct Street, Drive, Lane, etc. is on your order and if you have a Suite, Unit, Apartment number that you have included this information as well. UPS adds a surcharge if any address information is incorrect or missing, and we may pass this extra cost along to you if you provided incorrect address information.

By providing us your credit card you are authorizing us to ship you your product using the shipping method of our choice, and we will bill your credit card.
